Job Description

Marketing Communication Manager at Fellers, leading content and digital engagement to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Overseeing social media strategy, email marketing, and event coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy aligned to revenue, product, and vendor priorities.
  • Own content calendar across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok as applicable).
  • Create and oversee production of high-impact visual and video assets, including product spotlights, installation features, educational content, and brand storytelling.
  • Work with internal resources as well as external digital agencies to deliver engaging social media content.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and optimize strategy based on performance data.
  • Lead website content strategy to support SEO, product marketing, and promotional campaigns.
  • Curate and publish product launches, promotional banners, landing pages, and blog content.
  • Maintain accuracy, freshness, and brand voice consistency across all site content.
  • Develop and execute segmented email marketing campaigns for promotions, product launches, vendor features, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Manage campaign calendar in alignment with sales initiatives and vendor commitments.
  • Oversee list segmentation, automation flows, A/B testing, and deliverability best practices.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize open rates, CTR, and revenue contribution.
  • Work with internal resources as well as external digital agencies to deliver effective email campaigns.
  • Lead planning and execution of national and regional tradeshows, dealer events, and internal sales meetings.
  • Manage booth design, messaging, promotional assets, and pre/post-show marketing communications.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendor participation, sponsorships, and on-site brand representation.
  • Measure ROI and lead generation impact from events.
  • Directly manage and develop one Marketing Coordinator.
  • Delegate project execution while maintaining quality control and timeline accountability.
  • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Vendor Partners, and Executive Leadership to align messaging with business priorities.
  • Support vendor co-op marketing initiatives and ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Contribute to annual marketing planning and budget management.
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs including engagement, traffic, lead generation, and revenue attribution.
  • Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights to leadership.
  • Recommend optimization opportunities based on data trends.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong understanding of Social Media content curation and strategy
  • Working knowledge of social media tools like Hootsuite, Loomly, etc.
  • Experience working with graphic design tools for social media content creation including Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.
  • Proven experience managing and creating email calendars and strategies including A/B testing
  • Working knowledge of automated email marketing software.
  • Ability to manage marketing campaigns and projects with little oversight from start to finish
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experienced with launching new products or platforms to customers and internally
  • Experience managing digital marketing programs and platforms
  • Experience managing tradeshows and customer events including both planning and execution
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Suite including, PPT, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Experience working with a Project Management Software such as Monday.com, Asana, etc.
  • Proven record of giving creative direction or web, digital and print assets.
  • Experience working with E-Commerce CMS. Ie. Shopify, Big Commerce, Sales force, etc .
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM a plus but not required.
