Job Description

Virtual Assistant with video editing skills for U.S.-based organization. Focused on family lifestyle and healthcare content across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit long form YouTube videos ranging from ten to twenty minutes using raw family style footage
  • Combine multiple video clips, photos, and audio into cohesive and engaging stories
  • Make creative decisions related to clip selection, pacing, music, transitions, and overall story flow.
  • Repurpose long form videos into short form content for platforms such as YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels
  • Light editing and formatting of healthcare related videos such as product demonstrations and therapy tools
  • Manage posting and scheduling across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator or affiliate platforms.

Requirements:

  • C1 English level required to communicate throughout the shift
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Strong self-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines under minimal supervision
  • Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients or creators preferred
  • Background in Healthcare, Wellness, or Professional Services is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Creator or other affiliate marketing platforms is a significant plus.
