Job Description

Social & Community Content Specialist at Redtrack Technologies creating engaging video content for social media and community communication. Engaging in discussions and using AI tools to enhance content production.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the channel's growth
  • Create long-form and short-form video
  • Appear on camera
  • Develop educational, use-case, and community-relevant formats
  • Identify industry trends, high-value topics, and recurring problems in the market
  • Monitor YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, and niche communities
  • Adapt content into posts, threads, comments, and short-form formats
  • Actively distribute across platforms and within community conversations
  • Participate in discussions on Reddit, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other relevant communities
  • Review and refine all content before publishing - yours and others'
  • Use AI tools to generate drafts, improve structure, and iterate quickly

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS - required
  • Understanding of affiliate / performance marketing
  • English C1/C2
  • Proven ability to create, edit, and adapt content across audiences
  • Comfortable with video creation and appearing on camera
  • Nice to have: YouTube content creation experience
  • Active community participation (Reddit, Slack, Discord)
  • Understanding of SEO / LLM / content visibility
  • Experience with AI content tools
