Job Description
Marketing Coordinator role at RAD Intel supporting marketing execution across content, campaigns, and brand operations. Hands-on position requiring good organizational skills and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute ideas that make our campaigns sharper, clearer, and harder to ignore
- Help ideate and create polished assets for upcoming campaigns
- Support marketing programs across content, social, email, and web
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, reviews, and approvals
- Help manage content and asset organization across CMS, shared drives, and project tools
- Help build and maintain a clean, centralized brand asset repository
- Assist with publishing workflows, updates, and basic QA across owned channels
- Support brand consistency across decks, presentations, and external-facing material
- Assist with brand social media ideation and creation
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content operations (internships count)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Clear written communication and good judgment
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, CMS platforms, and project management tools
- Curiosity about how marketing, content, and sales connect to real business outcomes
