Job Description

Marketing Manager driving the downstream strategy and activation for Myriad’s Hereditary Cancer portfolio. Engaging genetic experts to drive awareness, education, and conversion.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive downstream marketing strategy and activation for the genetics expert customer segment, with a focus on MyRisk and RiskScore products.
  • Collaborate on and translate defined positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions into downstream creative, collateral, and campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Lead development and execution of integrated downstream marketing plans that span the full funnel, including awareness, education/nurture, and conversion.
  • Partner closely with cross functional teams in Marketing, Product, Sales, Corp Comms, and Medical Affairs to ensure field readiness and effective adoption.
  • Gather and synthesize customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends within genetic expert practices to inform downstream strategy & activation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, life sciences, biology, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience launching healthcare products with accountability for downstream marketing execution.
  • Experience in genetics/genomics, oncology, or diagnostics industry strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate complex clinical and scientific concepts into clear, compelling marketing materials.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a regulated healthcare environment.
