Job Description
Marketing Manager to build and scale the Pluralis community and presence in AI. Own Discord and Twitter/X, turning research into engaging content.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Discord, build Twitter/X presence, and engage in relevant technical communities.
- Turn research into blogs, threads, and videos, translating for different audiences.
- Build email lists, create run a newsletter, optimize media channels.
- Track metrics across channels, run experiments, and optimize for discoverability.
- Create co-marketing materials and coordinate announcements with ecosystem partners.
- Monitor ecosystem trends and feed positioning insights to leadership.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in marketing, growth, or community at tech companies.
- AI, dev tools, infrastructure, or open source experience strongly preferred.
- Deeply native understanding of Twitter, Discord, and emergent technical communities.
- Comfortable with traditional channels: email marketing, SEO, basic video and multimedia production.
- Technical comfort to engage with research papers and technical concepts.
- Self-directed, owning outcomes and operating independently.
- Bonus Points: AI/ML background, developer relations experience, owned community channels.
