Job Description

Marketing Operations Manager responsible for optimizing marketing operations at Coterie. Driving campaign execution, data management, and supporting revenue goals with cross-functional teams and technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing operations that support Coterie’s growth across all distribution partners and audiences.
  • Ensures the marketing organization operates efficiently by managing marketing technology, data, campaign operations, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Partners with other members of marketing, growth/revenue, insurance, and technology teams to develop scalable systems and processes that support agent and customer acquisition, partner engagement, customer retention, and pipeline growth.
  • Ensures marketing programs are measurable, data-driven, and aligned with revenue goals.
  • Serves as the operational backbone of the marketing team, ensuring campaigns, automation, and reporting systems are optimized to deliver measurable ROI and continuous improvement.
  • Develops and executes marketing operations processes and systems that enable scalable campaign execution, data-driven decision making, and measurable marketing performance.
  • Manages and supports marketing team members responsible for creative and content execution to ensure campaign readiness and alignment with marketing priorities.
  • Evaluates and implements marketing technology solutions that improve campaign execution, integration, and marketing performance management such as CRM integrations, marketing automation systems, analytics tools, and attribution platforms.
  • Partners with marketing leadership and supports operational infrastructure for campaign strategies across digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, partner marketing, and demand generation programs.
  • Establishes campaign execution processes including timelines, asset coordination, quality assurance, and launch readiness.
  • Designs, implements, and optimizes marketing automation workflows, lead management processes, and lifecycle nurturing programs to support agent acquisition, partner engagement, and customer retention.
  • Maintains marketing data quality and standards, segmentation frameworks, and audience management processes to support targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Develops dashboards, reporting frameworks, and attribution models to measure marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
  • Collaborates with revenue operations and revenue leadership to align lead routing, scoring, and pipeline management processes.
  • Builds and manages the marketing campaign calendar and ensures campaigns are executed accurately across all systems and channels.
  • Analyzes marketing performance data and provides insights to inform strategy, optimization, and investment decisions.
  • Oversees marketing operations vendors and technology partners to ensure systems are optimized and aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related field.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or marketing analytics within a B2B or technology-driven organization.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools required.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional marketing teams and managing marketing technology stacks.
  • Experience managing marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce (including Marketing Cloud/Pardot), or similar systems.
  • Experience in insurance, fintech, or insurtech industries is strongly preferred but not required.
