Job Description

Junior CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist supporting digital marketing and lead management activities across European countries. Collaborating with regional teams to drive growth and improve processes using Salesforce and related tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Support digital marketing and lead management activities across European countries by contributing to campaign execution and marketing automation workflows.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to drive growth, improve processes, and deliver operational support using Salesforce, Acoustic, and related tools.
  • Support the deployment of Account Engagement (Pardot) across European markets.
  • Build and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns (emails, landing pages, forms, automations).
  • Provide hands-on support to regional teams on Salesforce and Acoustic usage.
  • Create email templates, branded elements, and campaign layouts.
  • Contribute to data qualification, cleaning initiatives, and lead management improvements.
  • Support country marketing managers and help develop web marketing campaigns to grow pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Initial experience (internships, student jobs, or academic projects) in digital marketing
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, email marketing, and lead management processes
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Account Engagement, Acoustic, or similar tools is a plus
  • Fluent in English with strong attention to detail
  • Organized, proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn about marketing automation.
