Job Description
Marketing Operations Manager at Marrina Decisions overseeing Marketo programs and Salesforce integration for lead generation. Collaborating with teams to optimize marketing technologies and data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building programs and managing the systems required to generate inbound lead traffic.
- Utilize Marketo to its fullest potential and know SFDC integration.
- Manage expectations from multiple groups and collaborate on best practices.
- Review program requirements and identify areas of optimization.
- Provide data-driven solutions and recommendations in support of business needs and goals.
- Maintain good data health and quality, and monitor key performance metrics.
- Assess ad hoc analytic project requests and determine the best approach to support.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Marketo Experience
- 2-3 years of Salesforce Experience
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Program and project management skill is MUST
- Must be self-motivated, passionate about Marketing Automation and enjoys learning and growing
- Team player
- Hands-on experience with dashboard and reporting.
- Lead nurturing and Lead scoring good to have
