Job Description
Marketing Project Manager coordinating marketing operations for a fast-growing, AI-driven wellness company. Ensuring timely execution of campaigns and managing workflows across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and build project workflows within Asana, ensuring full visibility of tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution across content, paid media, design, and operations
- Run regular check-ins and proactively identify blockers to keep projects moving forward
- Manage vendors, freelancers, and agencies, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Serve as the main point of coordination between cross-functional teams
- Track project progress and provide clear, accurate updates to leadership
- Ensure all campaign components (copy, creative, automation, ads) are aligned and launched on time
- Organize briefs and intake requests to prevent gaps in execution
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within marketing or agency environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong proficiency in Asana (building and optimizing workflows)
- Mandatory experience with GoHighLevel
- Experience managing vendors, freelancers, and external partners
- Solid understanding of digital marketing (funnels, paid ads, email marketing, content)
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, “over-communication” mindset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude or similar) to improve workflows is a plus
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours
