Job Description

Marketing Specialist supporting BARBRI's omni-channel marketing initiatives to drive student engagement and revenue. Collaborating with internal teams to execute campaigns and manage content effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Support omni-channel marketing initiatives that drive B2C revenue and student engagement
  • Execute campaigns and manage content calendars
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including UX/UI and Marketing Operations
  • Compile performance reports and monitor KPIs

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or content coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as email platforms and project management systems
  • Experience with Marketo, Canva, JIRA, and Zoom preferred
  • Basic understanding of analytics (Google Analytics, UTM parameters, engagement metrics)
