Job Description
Marketing Specialist supporting BARBRI's omni-channel marketing initiatives to drive student engagement and revenue. Collaborating with internal teams to execute campaigns and manage content effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Support omni-channel marketing initiatives that drive B2C revenue and student engagement
- Execute campaigns and manage content calendars
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including UX/UI and Marketing Operations
- Compile performance reports and monitor KPIs
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or content coordination
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as email platforms and project management systems
- Experience with Marketo, Canva, JIRA, and Zoom preferred
- Basic understanding of analytics (Google Analytics, UTM parameters, engagement metrics)
