Job Description
Marketplace Operations role driving success in audio AI services for ElevenLabs. Managing hiring, quality control, and operational processes in a global remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end processes across hiring, training, turnaround times, pricing, quality control, producer engagement and more
- Expand our hiring engine to ensure we always have the capacity we need to meet our (growing!) demand
- Improve our quality control and monitoring systems to ensure the dubs, audiobooks, and other content we deliver sound natural and professional-grade
- Build your own data pipelines and dashboards to inform decision making at scale
- Find new efficiency levers through process (e.g. new onboarding flow), automation (e.g. Python scripts) or collaboration with Engineering (e.g. new dispatch or pricing function)
- Work with the rest of the Productions org (Engineering, Language Leads, Account Managers, Sales) to make Productions the greatest audio marketplace on the planet!
Requirements:
- Ops fluency - you have experience managing and scaling complex Ops processes, e.g. in a marketplace or logistics environment
- Problem solving – you’re talented at breaking down complex problems into atomic pieces, then formulating the right plan to tackle each
- Data & analytics - you’re comfortable running your own queries, small scripts and crunching data
- Pace - you enjoy operating in an early‑stage, high‑growth environment, including implementing new ideas and iterating quickly
- Team collaboration - you’re skilled at collaborating across various functions and driving the best possible team outcome
- Bonus points for:
- Experience managing/growing freelancer teams
- Experience in the localization or audio production industry
