Job Description
Medical Representative promoting Abbott pharmaceutical products across China. Managing hospital visits, product presentations, territory plans, budgets, and customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- 每周保证4.5天的正常拜访时间
- 每天面对面有效拜访人数不少于12人
- 覆盖并按频率拜访A、B级客户
- 每月至少一次拜访固定区域内重要医院的主管院长、药剂科主任、药事委员会成员和重要学科带头人
- 每周至少召开一次产品介绍会
- 根据公司指标规划负责区域并每周跟踪进度
- 规划并更新负责区域内医院及客户科室信息，拓展区域业务
- 根据预算提出市场活动费用预申请，经批准后支出并在费用发生3周内提交费用报告
- 根据市场策略制定产品及重点产品发展计划，尤其关注新产品
- 参加每周产品知识讲解和定期考试
- 在实地运用业务技巧，提高有效拜访效率
- 每天在区域内进行8小时有效拜访工作
- 保持每天8:00至22:00期间手机开机，以确保公司及客户能够联系
- 报表管理
Requirements:
- 2年及以上医药行业工作经验
- 1年及以上医药产品推广经验
- 具备基本的英文听说读写能力
- 熟练使用office软件,会使用网络浏览器浏览网页
- 按照公司要求承担相应的出差任务
- RDPAC 证书
