Job Description
Medical Representative promoting Lilly cardiometabolic medicines to physicians and KOLs. Managing territory sales activities across Poland’s Lower Silesian and Greater Poland regions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the dedicated territory and promote Lilly products to achieve promotional goals
- Represent Lilly toward customers and conduct business activities with high performance and high integrity
- Maintain regular contacts with physicians and KOLs
- Organize meetings, workshops, and conferences
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales roles
- Proven ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Understanding of cardiometabolic diseases (diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular conditions) and associated therapies
- High commitment towards achieving sales goals
- Good planning and organization skills
- Ability to manage sales activities in the dedicated territory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for scientific exchange
- Analytical thinking
- Fast learner
- Open-minded and agile personality
- Enthusiastic, committed, and accountable towards success
- English language skills
- Driving license category B
- Computer skills, including MS Office
