Job Description
Provider enrollment representative reviewing and entering Medicaid enrollment data for Gainwell Technologies. Supporting healthcare operations through compliant, accurate, metric-driven work.
Responsibilities:
- Use multiple websites and systems to review and input enrollment data
- Be a productive member of the team
- Comply with contract requirements, business unit rules, and related legal regulations
- Maintain time management, attendance, and punctuality
- Perform data entry
- Maintain performance expectations while working remotely
Requirements:
- Experience working in a metric driven environment
- Experience using multiple monitors and systems
- Experience working in the Healthcare Industry / Medicaid specifically
- Experience meeting Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations
- Ability to learn and ask questions to be independent
- Dedicated home office or private workspace with a door
- Broadband Internet connection with a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to maintain focus, meet performance expectations, and adhere to company policies while working remotely
