Job Description

Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative promoting women's health therapies to OB/GYNs in Rochester. Driving product adoption and provider education for EVERSANA's pharmaceutical clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell Intrarosa, Femring, and Femlyv to OB/GYNs throughout an assigned geographic territory
  • Engage Health Care Professionals, office staff, and decision makers in face-to-face discussions
  • Promote assigned client products, maximize selling potential, and meet or exceed goals and objectives
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of products, customers, and territory
  • Develop and maintain relationships with health care providers
  • Educate providers about product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications
  • Support appropriate patient use of assigned products
  • Plan, analyze, and act upon sales data within the assigned geography
  • Analyze and address territory opportunities

Requirements:

  • BA/BS (or higher) from an accredited college or university; focus in business, life science, or clinical degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous pharmaceutical, medical device, and medical sales experience, OR outside/field B2B sales experience, OR previous experience as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or other clinical professional with current relationships with OB/GYNs in the assigned territory
  • Consistent track record of quantifiable/documented sales accomplishments preferred
  • Ability to plan, analyze, and act upon sales data within an assigned geography
  • Solid and persuasive business communication with physicians and providers
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and discretion
  • Ability to analyze and address territory opportunities
  • Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) application preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%, up to a 2-hour radius from the headquarter city; some overnight travel may be required
