Job Description
Medical Sales Representative promoting pharmaceutical products to Egyptian healthcare professionals. Building HCP relationships, conducting medical visits, and achieving ethical sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular visits to HCPs to provide product information, scientific updates, and patient benefits.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the company.
- Organize and participate in medical events, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely reporting of daily visits, sales performance, and market insights.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical guidelines, and industry compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Medical Representative is a plus but not required (Fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
