Job Description
Mental Health Therapist providing telehealth therapy for children, teens and families. Flexible schedules and minimal administrative work with full autonomy to manage caseloads.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, young adults, and/or families
- Conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and ongoing treatment planning
- Collaborate with our Clinical Director as needed for complex or crisis cases
- Complete documentation efficiently using built-in AI tools
- Customize your clinical preferences so we can match you with clients aligned to your expertise
- Manage your caseload so you're seeing as many clients as you want with a cadence that makes sense for them
Requirements:
- Active independent license in Minnesota (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent)
- 2+ years experience treating children/teens and their families
- Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based treatment delivered via telehealth
- Experience with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and related conditions
- Enjoys autonomy and working in a supportive virtual environment
- Spanish bilingual is a plus
