Job Description
Analista Java diagnosticando e documentando plataforma educacional interna com IA na Deliver IT. Mapeando requisitos, integrações e modernização sem desenvolvimento inicial.
Responsibilities:
- Understand how the current platform operates, including its modules, components, integrations, and business rules
- Perform technical analysis of Java applications without initially modifying the source code
- Lead meetings, interviews, and discovery sessions with users, managers, technical leads, and other stakeholders
- Gather, organize, and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Map processes, user journeys, information flows, business rules, and dependencies between systems
- Identify limitations, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation
- Create architecture, component, integration, flow, and data model diagrams
- Organize and prioritize improvement needs
- Support the design of the architecture and technical guidelines for a new solution
- Evaluate modernization alternatives and transition strategies
- Use generative AI tools for analysis and documentation
- Create and refine prompts for extracting, organizing, comparing, and consolidating information
- Use AI to transform interviews, transcripts, documents, and technical information into structured artifacts
- Critically evaluate AI-generated content, identifying errors, inconsistencies, and unverified information
- Ensure security, privacy, confidentiality, and data protection when using AI
- Present assessments, recommendations, and proposals to technical and business teams
- Collaborate on the development of an incremental platform evolution plan
Requirements:
- Experience in systems analysis and requirements gathering
- Hands-on experience with generative Artificial Intelligence tools
- Ability to use AI in analysis, documentation, and software engineering activities
- Experience creating, testing, and refining prompts
- Ability to technically validate AI-generated content
- Knowledge of the limitations, hallucinations, security, and privacy considerations associated with AI use
- Ability to understand applications developed with Java 8 and Java 11
- Knowledge of Spring MVC and Spring Boot
- Knowledge of Hibernate and HQL
- Knowledge of Oracle 19c databases
- Knowledge of Thymeleaf and JSP
- Experience with functional and technical documentation
- Knowledge of web application architecture
- Knowledge of data modeling
- Ability to map APIs, integrations, and dependencies
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles
- Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, and Flyway
- Knowledge of unit and integration testing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate with technical and business teams
- Organization, critical thinking, and autonomy appropriate for a mid-level role
