Job Description

Legal Advisor focusing on legal compliance and strategic negotiations for client success. Involves document analysis and representation in legal matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide client service for the firm across a variety of matters, focusing on document analysis, drafting procedural documents, supporting negotiations, and structuring strategies to maximize case success and mitigate risks. Ensure compliance with legal regulations, contributing to the achievement of established objectives and legal certainty. Act as a negotiator and conflict resolver, ensuring clear and efficient resolutions with a results-oriented approach. Work across multiple stages of judicial and administrative proceedings, from contract review and drafting to representing clients in judicial and administrative processes, aiming to mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver the best legal solutions that maximize client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). Postgraduate studies in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, or Labor Law are a plus, as is specialization in areas such as Corporate Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law;
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in law firms or corporate legal departments; advanced knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, with emphasis on drafting procedural documents and contract analysis; negotiation and dispute resolution skills; ability to work in a team; and excellent oral and written communication;
  • Knowledge of Civil and Procedural Law, legal research, drafting and preparation of procedural documents, case and deadline management, negotiation skills, and professional ethics.
