Job Description
Analista de Faturamento Pleno realizando análises de faturamento e controle de notas fiscais na Base Consultoria. Atendimento ao cliente e elaboração de planilhas de faturamento mensal.
Responsibilities:
- Perform analyses to monitor the performance of business areas
- Review amounts to be invoiced, ensuring they comply with current contracts
- Control and issuance of tax invoices (Notas Fiscais)
- Customer service to resolve billing-related inquiries
- Manage and support clients throughout the billing process, from initiation to monthly tax invoice issuance
- Ensure delivery of the tax invoice for services rendered within the client's specified deadline
- Send measurement reports to the client, monitor receipt of purchase orders, and secure authorization to issue monthly invoices
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain a monthly billing spreadsheet
- Ensure all invoice issuances are completed within the applicable billing month
Requirements:
- Proficient with the full Microsoft Office suite — Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of tax regulations and the 2025/2026 tax reform
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Financial Management
