Job Description
Analista de Infraestrutura Cloud Pleno atuando na sustentação e operação de ambientes críticos com vivência em AWS.
Responsibilities:
- Support and operate cloud environments, ensuring service stability, performance, and high availability.
- Implement and enhance continuous monitoring of infrastructure, applications, and integrations to support incident detection and resolution.
- Proactively detect failures, risks, and bottlenecks to prevent business impact.
- Assist in resolving production incidents, participating in root cause analyses (RCA) and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for development squads during deployments, troubleshooting, and post-deployment activities.
- Perform operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of production environments.
- Develop and maintain scripts and internal tools to automate operational tasks and support the infrastructure.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures to support standardization and team efficiency.
- Support coordination of responses to critical incidents, including technical communication with internal teams when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (completed).
- Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud.
- Experience with web servers and production environments.
- Experience in system support, operations, or maintenance.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS) and/or datacenter operations.
- Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and incident management.
- Experience with Terraform, Git, and scripting or programming (Python, Go/Golang, or Shell) for operational automation.
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, particularly in production environments.
- English proficiency for reading and writing.
- Previous experience with infrastructure for financial systems or other critical (24x7) environments.
