Job Description
Lean Process Analyst responsible for implementing process improvements and reporting results to drive enterprise growth. Collaborates with leadership and teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Drive successful implementation of improvement projects across the enterprise enabling growth and profitability.
- Oversee the implementation of sustainable process improvements and measure/report results.
- Drive targeted, measurable, and sustainable improvement using Six Sigma concepts.
- Work closely with leadership to implement continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development of improvement roadmaps.
- Support deployment of Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, or other quality and process improvement tools.
- Responsible for team and cross-functional communications, education/mentoring, and influencing a Lean culture.
- Elevate critical business decisions to management teams.
- Promote and facilitate diagnosis of workflow impediments and counsel on tools to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with partners for performance benchmarking and knowledge building.
- Define metrics to measure process improvements and facilitate data collection tool implementation.
- Develop strong relationships with functional leaders.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree (MS, MBA) is desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in leading process improvement projects
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable in front of all levels of the organization, as well as external customers.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Experience using process improvement tools.
- Capable of working independently under ambiguous and/or changing conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across disciplines and integrate all aspects of business as they impact development projects, including negotiation of scope, roles and responsibilities, specifications, timelines, and resources up, across, and down in the organization.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of lean, six sigma, continuous improvement experience; daily management, strategy deployment, change management, and problem solving
- Demonstrated proficiency applying Lean principles in a variety of situations.
