Job Description
Senior System Analyst optimizing support processes in a global mobility platform. Collaborating with teams to improve service automation and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve support processes including verification, first-line support, and incident management
- Collect and document requirements and translate them into system specifications and user stories
- Design and optimize automation flows, SLAs, and escalation rules
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and support teams to deliver effective solutions
- Track KPIs and ensure automation delivers measurable impact
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business or System Analyst or in a similar role
- Experience with support or incident management systems
- Strong process mapping, requirements analysis, and documentation skills
- Good technical understanding of integrations including APIs and workflows
