Job Description

Sales Development Representative engaging with legal clients to identify and qualify leads. Driving communication to convert prospects into opportunities while maintaining CRM data integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Multichannel Prospecting: Identify and reach out to decision-makers at law firms and in-house legal departments via phone, email, and social networks (Social Selling).
  • Lead Qualification: Map business opportunities and conduct an initial diagnosis to determine whether the potential client fits the ideal customer profile (ICP) for our solutions.
  • Strategic Scheduling: Execute handoffs to the sales executive team, ensuring the scheduling of qualified meetings.
  • CRM Data Management: Keep the CRM rigorously up to date with relevant insights about prospects and the history of each interaction, ensuring funnel traceability.
  • Market Analysis: Study prospect behavior and trends in the legal market to optimize outreach scripts and marketing/sales strategies.
  • Cadence Execution: Manage daily activity workflows to ensure no lead is lost and to minimize lead response time (LVR).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales and active prospecting (Outbound).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and handle objections.
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage large volumes of leads and daily activities.
  • Proactivity and ambition to achieve above-average results.
  • Experience with SaaS products.
