Job Description
MS SQL consultant advising DATAGROUP customers on SQL Server architecture, clusters, migrations, and administration. Leading a DBA team and supporting pre-sales feasibility analyses.
Responsibilities:
- Advise our customers on the use of MS SQL Server, including current clustering technologies
- Design architecture diagrams and concepts for setting up new MS SQL environments
- Provide technical support and feasibility analyses for pre-sales activities
- Provide technical leadership to a DBA team
- Implement best practices in work instructions and processes
Requirements:
- Technical background through a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ideally, experience planning and implementing deployment and migration projects in the MS SQL environment
- In-depth knowledge of MS SQL database administration and cluster architectures
- Initial experience in team leadership is desirable
- Very good German language skills
- Good English language skills
