Job Description
NetSuite Implementation Specialist managing full lifecycle implementations to ensure successful deployment at Modaxo Group. Collaborating with stakeholders and providing user training for NetSuite solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in all phases of NetSuite implementation projects
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs
- Configure NetSuite modules and functionalities to meet specific business requirements
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure accuracy and integrity of the NetSuite configuration and data
- Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionalities
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user manuals
- Identify and troubleshoot NetSuite-related issues
- Work closely with development teams for customizations, integrations, and reports
- Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite releases, features, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Implementation Specialist
- In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules and functionalities, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk
- Experience with financial accounting principles and practices within NetSuite
- Strong understanding of business processes across various departments (e.g., Finance, Sales, Operations)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- NetSuite Administrator or Consultant certification is highly desirable
- Fluency in English and French is required
