Job Description
Netsuite Project Manager leading NetSuite implementation projects for Nex. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and ensuring project success with Armanino.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the internal stakeholders and Armanino ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Coordinate data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide regular project status reports to internal stakeholders.
- Manage project budget and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- Coordinate training and change management activities for end-users.
Requirements:
- Required: 3+ years of experience managing full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations.
- Required: Proven project management experience using methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
- Strong understanding of core business processes (e.g., Finance, SCM, CRM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
