Job Description
Project Manager overseeing project delivery and team leadership at ICON plc, a world-leading clinical research organization. Focused on timelines, budgets, and communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and coordinating project activities
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Developing and managing detailed project plans
- Leading cross-functional project teams
- Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks and issues
- Engaging with stakeholders to manage expectations
- Preparing and presenting project reports, status updates, and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred
- Significant experience in project management and team leadership
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 being advantageous
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 30%)
