Job Description
VDC (BIM) Project Manager supervising Plumbing and Piping disciplines at Batchelor & Kimball. Overseeing team productivity and managing BIM coordination with subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise VDC Specialists and Spoolers on Plumbing and Piping disciplines.
- Oversee team productivity, time management, group standards and quality.
- Manage BIM/VDC subcontractor scheduling and productivity on a project specific basis.
- Facilitate BIM coordination meetings on projects where Batchelor & Kimball is the BIM lead.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction based mechanical design and fabrication.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication CADMEP and Autodesk Navisworks or any other BIM software is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in leadership and direct supervision of technical personnel.
