Job Description
Network Operations Manager at Kimball Electronics providing leadership and support for network hardware and software. Collaborating with IT team on operational projects and improvements in network processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and technical expertise to the Network Operations Team
- Manage and support network hardware and software
- Maintain business relationships with Business Unit contacts
- Familiarize with current KEI network environment and processes
- Support ongoing Network Operations project work
- Identify opportunities to improve existing KEI processes and systems
- Support Azure infrastructure migration strategy and datacenter exit
- Lead projects for Network Operations team
Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in IT related field
- 5+ years of practical work experience
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP
- Cisco Catalyst & Nexus Switches
- Cisco Wireless Access Points and Controllers
- Network Security Fundamentals
- Grafana Dashboards
- Palo Alto and Fortiweb Firewalls
- Public Cloud networking
- Cybersecurity best practices
- Cisco ISE
- Strong English speaking skills
