Job Description
Team Lead für SAP-RFNO-Beratung bei Implico, einem Spezialisten für Bulk-Logistik-Automatisierung. Führung von Consultants und Verantwortung für Tankstellen-, Abrechnungs- und Integrationsprojekte.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of SAP RFNO consultants and provide coaching in day-to-day project work
- Advise clients on the implementation and ongoing development of SAP RFNO solutions
- Analyze and design processes related to service station operations, billing, and financial integration
- Map various operator and contract models (COCO, CODO, DODO)
- Take responsibility for payment processing, clearing, commissions, inventory management, and POS integration
- Collaborate on integration solutions based on SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and EDI
- Support implementation partners with complex requirements and architectural decisions
- Manage and ensure the quality of client projects while assuming overall functional responsibility
- Contribute to new consulting approaches, templates, and AI-enabled solutions
- Support presales activities, proposal preparation, and the further development of the RFNO consulting portfolio
- Develop consultants and foster knowledge sharing and ownership
- Manage multiple client projects in parallel and ensure a high standard of consulting and delivery quality
- Identify market and client needs at an early stage and support the expansion of the RFNO business
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of SAP consulting experience in RFNO, IS-OIL, or a comparable environment
- Several years of experience in the service station, oil and gas, or retail fuel industry
- In-depth knowledge of billing and financial processes (SD, MM, payment clearing, commissions)
- Experience designing and implementing complex SAP landscapes and integration scenarios
- Confident communication with business departments, IT stakeholders, and management
- Initial experience in functional leadership, project team management, or mentoring consultants
- Interest in modern technologies such as AI, SAP BTP, and Clean Core
- Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite
- Experience with API or EDI design
- Experience with fleet card or loyalty settlement
- Knowledge of IS-Retail
- Experience with SAP BTP and Clean Core
- Experience building consulting teams or competency centers
- Presales, proposal, or business development experience
