Job Description
Technicien réseau N1 supervisant les infrastructures IT des clients de HELPLINE à Lyon. Diagnostiquant incidents, alarmes et tickets via outils de supervision et de ticketing.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire and master the skills and processes required for the role
- Comply with internal and external procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement and actively propose solutions
- Anticipate risks and escalate alerts to the Team Leader
- Report malfunctions and issues with a significant technical impact
- Perform initial diagnosis and technical resolution of tickets
- Record technical activities in the ticketing system
- Prepare activity reports requested by management
- Escalate unresolved tickets
- Handle incidents, service requests, and change tasks within the required timeframes and in accordance with SLAs
- Handle monitoring alerts
- Process emails received in the team mailbox
- Answer incoming calls
- Contribute to service improvement, team engagement, and activity documentation
Requirements:
- At least 1 to 3 years of similar experience
- Proficiency with monitoring environments: CA Spectrum, EfficientIP, Aviat Portal / Provision, EMS / LCT ECI, Splunk, NetFlow, vROps, ENM
- Knowledge of Cisco, Alcatel, and Hirschmann routers and switches
- Knowledge of firewalls, modems, and PABX systems
- Proficiency with ServiceNow (ITZMI), PuTTY, SecureCRT, and WebSAV OBS
- Knowledge of infrastructure and middleware environments, including AD domains and Veeam
- Compliance with procedures, security requirements, and SLAs
- French is required for this position
