Job Description
Network Specialist recruiting high-quality behavioral health professionals for ComPsych’s Employee Assistance Program. Implementing sourcing strategies and collaborating with internal teams for optimal network expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality behavioral health professionals
- Implement traditional and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage providers
- Lead and execute international recruitment efforts for behavioral health providers
- Assess provider credentials, experience, and fit to ensure alignment with ComPsych’s standards
- Negotiate provider rates in accordance with company policies and market considerations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of behavioral health industry trends and network demands
- Collaborate with internal teams to support network expansion initiatives and ensure seamless onboarding
- Educate and coach managers on behavioral interviewing techniques and recruitment processes
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying trends in provider recruitment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
- Knowledge of LinkedIn networking; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Provider Networks, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow through on tasks to completion
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills
- Energetic and solution-oriented with strong critical thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- High level of organization with excellent time management and follow-up abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong commitment to customer service
- Proven ability to consistently meet daily performance targets and productivity goals
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and coach hiring managers
- Self-starter with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong organization, project management skills and attention to detail.
