Job Description

Network Specialist recruiting high-quality behavioral health professionals for ComPsych’s Employee Assistance Program. Implementing sourcing strategies and collaborating with internal teams for optimal network expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality behavioral health professionals
  • Implement traditional and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage providers
  • Lead and execute international recruitment efforts for behavioral health providers
  • Assess provider credentials, experience, and fit to ensure alignment with ComPsych’s standards
  • Negotiate provider rates in accordance with company policies and market considerations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of behavioral health industry trends and network demands
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support network expansion initiatives and ensure seamless onboarding
  • Educate and coach managers on behavioral interviewing techniques and recruitment processes
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying trends in provider recruitment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn networking; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Provider Networks, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow through on tasks to completion
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills
  • Energetic and solution-oriented with strong critical thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of organization with excellent time management and follow-up abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong commitment to customer service
  • Proven ability to consistently meet daily performance targets and productivity goals
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and coach hiring managers
  • Self-starter with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong organization, project management skills and attention to detail.
