Job Description
Onboarding Manager guiding German tree-care businesses through TREELAX ERP implementation. Providing remote training, ongoing support, and partner-success management.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new partner businesses and introduce them to the software
- Set up partners’ systems
- Train partners remotely via video and guide them until they can use the software confidently
- Act as the ongoing point of contact for up to 100 partners
- Answer questions patiently and clearly
- Support change processes and take resistance seriously
- Ensure partners actively use the software and become more successful as a result
- Identify potential added value, such as professional websites or online marketing, and raise these opportunities without sales pressure
- Take responsibility for partner success, software adoption, satisfaction, and relevant upsells
Requirements:
- A genuine service mindset and willingness to go the extra mile
- Genuine interest in people and the ability to connect well with hands-on professionals
- Sensitivity to change and skill in handling resistance
- Patience and the ability to explain complex topics simply
- Independent, structured approach to work
- Time flexibility, including early-morning or late appointments
- Excellent German language skills
- Willingness to learn about the tree-care industry and its specific terminology
- Willingness to travel to the leading annual trade fair in Augsburg
- Previous experience is not required
