Job Description
Onboarding Team Manager leading client transitions to NetCov’s managed IT and cybersecurity platform. Managing onboarding specialists, integrations, project delivery, escalations, and client success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a team responsible for onboarding new clients to NetCov’s managed services platform
- Develop and implement standardized onboarding processes and best practices
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient client onboarding
- Continuously improve onboarding procedures using feedback and metrics
- Ensure onboarding projects are completed on time and within scope
- Lead, mentor, and develop onboarding specialists
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Identify skill gaps and implement training programs
- Foster continuous improvement and a customer-first mindset
- Serve as primary contact for high-profile client onboarding projects
- Build relationships with new clients during onboarding
- Collaborate with account managers on post-onboarding handoff
- Address escalations and resolve complex onboarding issues
- Oversee project planning and execution
- Develop timelines, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate departmental resources and expertise
- Oversee integration of client systems and data into NetCov’s managed services platform
- Ensure documentation of client environments and configurations
- Collaborate with engineering on technical challenges
- Stay current with NetCov’s services and technology stack
- Establish and track KPIs for the infrastructure team
- Implement data-driven processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure timely project delivery and SLA adherence
- Drive continuous improvement in team performance and client satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Strong technical knowledge of on-premises infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and operating systems
- Proven experience in managing cloud migration projects
- Excellent understanding of IT service management principles and best practices
- Strong project management skills and experience with relevant methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Agile)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are a plus
