Job Description
Operations Analyst supporting institutional clients by ensuring smooth trade and loan settlement processes for Hex Trust's blockchain solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the VP, Operations in executing core operational activities, including custody, trade settlement, and loan settlement processes.
- Process crypto and fiat (bank) transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in rostered coverage as required to support business operations.
- Prepare operational reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with client onboarding activities, including address whitelisting and related operational checks.
- Help ensure operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for process improvement and enhancement.
- Collaborate with front-to-back stakeholders to define best practices and drive continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
- 2 or more years experience in operations roles, preferably from the digital asset / blockchain industry and / or financial services is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in processing bank transfers, familiarity with bank transfer systems such as SWIFT, ACH, Fedwire, etc is a plus
- Knowledge of blockchain, securities tokens, trading and security
- An undergraduate degree beneficial
- Good planning, coordination, and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Candidate should have an interest in digital assets, Wallets, DApps, and digital asset Trading
- Must be detail-oriented, taking pride in the quality and accuracy of work they produce
- Able to work independently in an often ambiguous and fast-paced environment**
