Job Description
Operations & Guest Communications Associate at xHeron Solutions, supporting Day-to-Day Operations and team performance. Involves guest communication, task management, and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
- You support our day-to-day operations.
- You act as a central interface and orchestrate the communication and execution of our workflows.
- Ensure our service quality and manage team performance.
- You are the architect of our internal processes and identify optimization and automation opportunities.
Requirements:
- You speak German at C2 level (required)
- Communicate clearly and confidently — in writing and verbally
- Solve problems with creativity, structure, and strong attention to detail
- Remain calm under pressure
- Work proactively and independently
- Plus: Experience in startups, fast-growing environments, or the hospitality industry
