Job Description

Operations & Guest Communications Associate at xHeron Solutions, supporting Day-to-Day Operations and team performance. Involves guest communication, task management, and process optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • You support our day-to-day operations.
  • You act as a central interface and orchestrate the communication and execution of our workflows.
  • Ensure our service quality and manage team performance.
  • You are the architect of our internal processes and identify optimization and automation opportunities.

Requirements:

  • You speak German at C2 level (required)
  • Communicate clearly and confidently — in writing and verbally
  • Solve problems with creativity, structure, and strong attention to detail
  • Remain calm under pressure
  • Work proactively and independently
  • Plus: Experience in startups, fast-growing environments, or the hospitality industry
