Job Description
Operations & Scheduling Coordinator for residential cleaning services. Ensuring efficient scheduling and management of cleaning jobs while collaborating with teams and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assign cleaning jobs within 24 hours of booking based on cleaner availability, skill, and location.
- Maintain and manage a real-time, conflict-free calendar.
- Monitor for issues such as cancellations, double bookings, or last-minute reschedules.
- Track and respond to customer feedback to ensure a high level of service satisfaction.
- Manage jobs on the waitlist and proactively recover cancellations.
- Maintain a dynamic list of high-performing cleaners for top-priority jobs.
- Calculate and verify weekly cleaner payments using Google Sheets.
- Monitor and follow up on declined credit card transactions.
- Coordinate closely with the sales and customer success teams.
- Track operational KPIs and share performance updates.
- Respond to urgent scheduling changes to ensure full coverage.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in an operations, coordination, or scheduling role.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills and responsiveness during assigned hours.
- Experience in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and calendar or scheduling platforms.
