Job Description

Operations & Service Manager for Ahti Interiors managing operations, logistics, and after-sales support. Key responsibilities include overseeing warehouse, inventory, and quality control processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end operational flow from confirmed order to final delivery.
  • Maintain clear visibility across orders, shipments, stock, and outstanding issues.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, warehouse, logistics, and service functions.
  • Manage and supervise the Warehouse Manager and warehouse operations.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy (cycle counts, reconciliation, system discipline).
  • Oversee receiving, QC-at-arrival, storage, and dispatch processes.
  • Ensure Inventory is the single source of truth.
  • Coordinate inbound shipments from factories to Indonesia.
  • Manage delivery planning and timelines with internal teams and partners.
  • Proactively manage delays and ensure clear internal communication.
  • Oversee after-sales cases and technical issues raised during or after installation.
  • Work with the Technical Engineer to ensure site feedback is documented and resolved.
  • Support the Account Manager with accurate, timely operational updates for clients.
  • Manage the quality feedback loop.
  • Document defects, issues, and root causes with clear evidence (photos, data).
  • Track corrective actions and prevent repeat issues.
  • Build and maintain SOPs, trackers, and simple dashboards.
  • Improve operational processes to reduce errors, delays, and rework.
  • Use tools to increase efficiency and clarity.

Requirements:

  • 5–10+ years in operations, logistics, supply chain, or service management
  • Experience in interiors, sanitary ware, building materials, appliances, or similar physical-goods businesses
  • Proven experience managing warehouse operations and on-the-ground teams
  • Exposure to imported goods and international suppliers.
  • Strong process and systems thinker — brings order to complexity.
  • Comfortable working independently and making decisions without hand-holding.
  • Calm, structured, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Clear communicator who can coordinate across departments and cultures.
  • Tech- comfortable : able to self-learn ERP systems and use tools to improve workflows.
  • Fluent Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong English (written and spoken)
