Job Description
Operations Specialist managing underwriting and technical documents for financial products at Palmetto, ensuring smooth installer support and communications management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the underwriting and technical document processing surrounding Palmetto’s financial products
- Provide installer support to ensure smooth intake surrounding all financial product transactions
- Manage frontline knowledge base management
- Handle communications management
- Monitor compliance
- Support EPC partner requests via intercom mechanisms
- Drive Capital Markets Operations infrastructure
- Manage all queues & action areas within the financial portal
- Provide consultative service to transaction partners
- Coordinate with internal colleagues to smooth out friction points
- Provide coaching and training to transaction partners & sales reps
- Maintain datasets on frontline support activity
- Surface platform improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer, tech, or sales support role
- Knowledge of the construction or solar industry preferred
- Spanish speaker is a plus
- Passion for servant leadership
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Ability to work well in fast pace, computer-oriented environment
- Proficiency in web-browser hotkeys/shortcuts
- High typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
