Job Description

Operations Specialist managing underwriting and technical documents for financial products at Palmetto, ensuring smooth installer support and communications management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the underwriting and technical document processing surrounding Palmetto’s financial products
  • Provide installer support to ensure smooth intake surrounding all financial product transactions
  • Manage frontline knowledge base management
  • Handle communications management
  • Monitor compliance
  • Support EPC partner requests via intercom mechanisms
  • Drive Capital Markets Operations infrastructure
  • Manage all queues & action areas within the financial portal
  • Provide consultative service to transaction partners
  • Coordinate with internal colleagues to smooth out friction points
  • Provide coaching and training to transaction partners & sales reps
  • Maintain datasets on frontline support activity
  • Surface platform improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer, tech, or sales support role
  • Knowledge of the construction or solar industry preferred
  • Spanish speaker is a plus
  • Passion for servant leadership
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Ability to work well in fast pace, computer-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in web-browser hotkeys/shortcuts
  • High typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
