Job Description
Analytics Specialist managing Central Ops data and insights for Muvr. Building dashboards and producing insights to drive operational improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Owns Central Ops analytics that expose operational truth: success rates, defect patterns, recurrence, adoption, audit coverage, RCA and CAPA performance, and reporting freshness.
- Build and maintain the Central Ops dashboards that support daily, weekly, and monthly reviews.
- Produce segmented insights by market, service line, and defect type to drive better prioritization.
- Partner with QA and Process Excellence to quantify impact of changes and verify if recurrence actually drops.
- Define metric hygiene: consistent definitions, owners, and change logs.
Requirements:
- 3 to 7 years in ops analytics, business intelligence, or marketplace analytics
- Strong SQL and dashboard ownership, plus ability to translate data into action
