Job Description
Revenue cycle coordinator processing physician orders for Concierge Home Care’s Florida home health operations. Tracking signatures, documentation, compliance, and physician-office follow-ups remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Process and track physician orders in compliance with agency, state, and federal guidelines
- Monitor outgoing and incoming orders to ensure timely signatures
- Follow up with physicians and offices on outstanding or delinquent orders
- Support operational teams in meeting end-of-episode deadlines
- Maintain accurate records in the WellSky/Kinnser Orders Manager system
- Communicate with Clinical Managers, Directors, and internal teams
- Participate in daily review meetings to track outstanding documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with physician offices
- Support compliance initiatives
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
- Support growing home health operations across Florida
Requirements:
- Some college required
- Must reside in Florida
- Must reside within 30 miles of a Concierge Home Care branch in Florida
- Home health orders experience required
- Experience working in a medical office getting orders signed for HHC agencies
- Forcura or Mosoi experience required
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn systems quickly
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Employment contingent upon successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening
