Job Description
Remote donation processor handling strictly inbound donor calls for nonprofit fundraising campaigns. Processing pledges accurately while following scripts, compliance standards, and quality requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from donors
- Follow structured scripts and campaign procedures
- Accurately enter donation and pledge information
- Confirm donor and transaction details
- Navigate computer systems while speaking with callers
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Follow compliance and quality standards
- Meet established attendance and performance expectations
- Provide professional donor support for established nonprofit fundraising campaigns
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least six months of remote customer-service experience or one year of onsite customer-service experience
- Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills
- Accurate data-entry and basic computer skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking
- Professional and dependable work habits
- Quiet, dedicated home workspace
- Windows 11 computer
- At least 8GB of RAM; 16GB recommended
- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Wired high-speed internet
- Direct Ethernet connection
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Dual monitors recommended
- MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only connections are not permitted
- Required certification must be completed before servicing
- Eligibility may depend on experience, location, equipment, background requirements, and certification results
