Job Description

Document Processor supporting the operations of Spectrum Payment Solutions, managing documents and communication with clients remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and collect required documents from clients via email.
  • Follow up with clients to obtain missing or incomplete documentation.
  • Track application progress using the company's CRM and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is properly organized.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to keep applications moving efficiently.
  • Assist with basic administrative and operational tasks as needed.
  • Create and publish social media content, including posts such as Reddit reviews and other promotional content.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with clients and team members.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup.

  • Previous experience in administrative support, operations, or document processing.
  • Experience with CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Reddit.
  • Experience in the payments, financial services, or cannabis industry is a plus, but not required.
