Job Description

Organized Play Manager leading player engagement strategies and large-scale events for a fast-growing tabletop game company. Collaborating with teams and external partners, ensuring aligned production and community experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop engaging player programs
  • Lead the development and execution of large-scale events and tournaments
  • Work with the Organized Play team to deliver the feature roadmap for the program
  • Manage Organized Play specific inventory to assure coverage at events
  • Lead weekly program development meetings with the Organized Play team and other stakeholders
  • Work with Web Developers to prioritize, scope, and implement web features to support the program’s evolution
  • Work with partners to establish strategic business relationships to augment community programs
  • Directly manage and oversee alignment across competition production, operations, players management, and program design to ensure consistent experiences for all of our games
  • Develop and scale an Organized Play strategy that delivers a casual and competitive ecosystem aligned with brand, player growth, and regional engagement goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the TCG game industry and/or Board game industry
  • Proven experience in sales, supply chain, event planning, customer service, community management, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of the TCG/CCG Organized Play industry and player community in the US market
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and be proactive in a flexible and evolving role
  • Ability to provide leadership and guidance at all levels of an organization
