Job Description
District Manager overseeing regional restaurant operations for Buffalo Wild Wings, part of Inspire Brands. Coaching management teams, driving sales, and executing business strategy around Fort Worth, Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational processes and procedures for a region of restaurants
- Serve as liaison between sports bars and support center
- Communicate initiatives, programs, and key focus areas
- Focus on daily sales, marketing plans, and operations
- Manage costs of goods sold, labor, and guest relations
- Guide overall business strategy into day-to-day execution
- Provide coaching and feedback to management teams
- Coach and support management teams on recruiting, development, performance management, and retention
- Support training and development of management team members
Requirements:
- 5 years of multi-unit restaurant operations experience
- General knowledge of Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Finance, and Development
- Ability to manage and direct the work of others
- Ability to champion change
- Passion for training and developing your team
- Ideal candidate will reside in or around Fort Worth, Texas
