Job Description

Paralegal Assistant providing legal and administrative support to the Legal Affairs Division of a consulting firm. Involved with document management, compliance tracking, and legal research.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative and substantive legal support to the Legal Affairs Division, including the CEO, outside counsel, and other authorized leaders.
  • Assists with legal document preparation, contract coordination, compliance tracking, and legal file management across Enterprise Management and its affiliated companies.
  • Supports legal research, document review, and regulatory documentation while helping maintain organized records and efficient legal workflows in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
  • Prepares, formats, and proofreads legal documents including contracts, NDAs, MOUs, amendments, and compliance certifications.
  • Assists with preliminary contract review to ensure completeness, consistency, and adherence to standard templates.
  • Maintains document control systems including Google Drive and the Legal Dropbox.
  • Organizes and maintains legal files including vendor agreements, regulatory documents, and corporate records.
  • Receives, categorizes, and routes legal correspondence and scanned documentation for legal review.
  • Tracks contract deadlines, renewal dates, and legal obligations using shared calendars and task management tools.
  • Coordinates internal reviews and signature collection processes for legal documents.
  • Schedules meetings and maintains communication logs with legal advisors and consultants.
  • Assists with preparing documentation required for regulatory compliance and organizational filings.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of all legal, financial, and personnel records.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or certificate in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Paralegal certificate (preferred)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a legal, executive assistant, or administrative support role
  • Prior experience working with U.S.-based companies or regulatory environments (preferred)
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to pass background and reference checks.
