Job Description
Licensed therapist providing evidence-based telehealth care to New York clients for Thriveworks, a clinician-led mental health company. Treating diverse clients while managing a flexible caseload.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth sessions to clients in New York
- Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Help clients achieve measurable progress
- Use telehealth and EHR tools
- Maintain availability for at least 15 sessions and 20 hours weekly
- Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
- Participate in clinical support, monthly case consultations, and the provider community
Requirements:
- Independently licensed and living in New York: LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
- Behavioral health generalist open to treating couples, children, and a variety of clients
- Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with telehealth and EHR tools
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
- Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future
