Job Description
Licensed therapist providing telehealth, evidence-based mental health care for Thriveworks clients in Washington, DC. Treating individuals, couples, and children through modern clinical technology.
Responsibilities:
- Provide telehealth sessions to clients in Washington, DC
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care
- Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Help clients achieve measurable progress
- Use telehealth and EHR technology
- Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
- Participate in a clinical community, live clinical support, and monthly case consultations
Requirements:
- Independently licensed and living in Washington, DC—LPC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
- Behavioral health generalist open to treating couples and children
- Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with telehealth and EHR tools
- Ability to work as a W2 employee
- Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
- Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
